I've spent over 25 years working alongside senior leaders in some of the most demanding environments in business - the last ten in private equity, supporting CEOs, Heads of Europe, Managing Directors and investment teams.

I've been the person trusted to launch a firm's first European presence - joining to help open a new office, setting up systems and relationships from zero. I've managed board papers and investor relations processes through fundraising and annual meetings. I've supported Executive Committees and founders directly, coordinated international travel and diary management across multiple time zones, and led office relocations and openings across London, and Europe. Along the way I've recruited, trained and managed support teams as firms grew.

What ties it all together is the same approach, wherever I've worked: understanding what a team is actually trying to achieve, anticipating problems before they surface, and bringing order to complexity - without needing to be asked twice.

After a long and fulfilling corporate career, I now offer that same level of support on a flexible, fractional basis - giving leaders and businesses access to an experienced, trusted operator, without the overhead of a full-time hire.
