Ad-hoc / hourly
£60 per hour
If you need support on a one-off basis or aren't quite ready to commit to regular hours, my ad-hoc rate of £60 per hour is perfect - simply book the time you need, when you need it.
Retainer packages
Starting at £48 per hour
For leaders and firms who want consistent, dedicated support they can rely on every month. Priority availability, continuity, and someone who genuinely understands your business.
- 10 hours/month — £55/hour (£550/month)
- 20 hours/month — £50/hour (£1,000/month)
- 40 hours/month — £48/hour (£1,920/month)
Invoiced monthly in advance. (no VAT applies) Flexible, no tie-ins. Retainers run month-to-month, so you're never locked into a long contract - just one month's notice if your needs change.
